• Background: Plain, solid white background without any shadows, patterns, or textures.

  Facial Expression: Neutral expression. Eyes must be open and clearly visible, looking directly at the camera with the mouth closed.

  Head Position: The head must be centered. Tilted or angled heads are subject to immediate rejection.

  Accessories & Glasses: Glasses must be removed (unless for medical reasons). Head coverings are permitted for religious purposes but must not obscure any part of the face.

  Age of Photo: Must be taken within the last 6 months.

  Clothing: Avoid uniforms and clothing that blends into the white background (e.g., white shirts)
